Calm from the moment you walk in
A vet visit doesn’t have to be stressful — for your pet or for you. Here’s exactly how ours works, and how to make it easy.
How a visit goes.
- 01
Book by visit type
Tell us whether it’s wellness, sick, urgent, or a new-patient visit — that routes you to the right slot and the right prep.
- 02
A calm welcome
Separate dog and cat waiting, treats, pheromones, and no rush. We meet your pet at their pace, the Fear Free way.
- 03
Exam & a clear plan
A DVM examines your pet, explains what they find in plain language, and gives you a written estimate before anything else.
- 04
Care & a follow-up
We treat, send you home with simple instructions, and check in afterward. Questions between visits are always welcome.
What to bring.
Prior records
Any vaccine or medical history from a previous clinic — email ahead or bring a printout.
A stool sample
For new pets or GI concerns, a fresh sample (within a few hours) helps us check for parasites.
A list
What you’ve noticed, when it started, any meds or supplements, and what you feed.
Treats & a carrier
Treats your pet loves help us bond. Cats ride safest in a carrier; dogs on a leash.

The Fear Free difference.
Every member of our team is Fear Free certified — trained to reduce the fear, anxiety, and stress that make vet visits hard. In practice that means treats and calming pheromones, separate dog and cat waiting areas, gentle handling, and working at your pet’s pace. We never force a frightened animal; a calmer pet is safer to treat and simply gets better medicine.
